In this post, I will show you how to integrate Calendly with ClickFunnels.
But here is the thing:
At the time I am writing this, ClickFunnels does not directly integrate with Calendly.
Let me explain:
How Do You Integrate Calendly With ClickFunnels?
ClickFunnels does not directly integrate with Calendly. However, you can embed your Calendly appointment calendar on your funnel, so that your customers can directly book appointments with you without leaving your website.
Even still, you can put your Calendly link in a button on your ClickFunnels page.
That way, when your customers click the button on your website, it will take them to your Calendly scheduler page and out of your website.
Firstly, let me cover how to use Calendly in a button inside your ClickFunnels page:
How To Add Calendly To ClickFunnels
- Log into your Calendly account.
- Navigate to your event type and click on “Copy Link“.
- Log into ClickFunnels and go to the funnel you want to edit.
- Click on EDIT PAGE to go into the page editor.
- Navigate to the button where you want to add your Calendly link.
- Click on the button or the gear icon to open the button settings.
- Click on SET ACTION.
- Select GO TO WEBSITE URL and paste your Calendly link.
Let’s take it one step at a time:
- Log into your Calendly account.
- Navigate to the Event type you want and click on Copy Link.
- Then, log into your ClickFunnels account and go to the funnel where you want to put the Calendly link.
- Click on EDIT PAGE to go into the page editor.
- Next, navigate to the button where you want to add your Calendly link.
- Then, click on the button or the gear icon at the right top of the element to enter the button settings that will pop up on the right.
- Now, click on SET ACTION.
- Then, select GO TO WEBSITE URL and paste your Calendly link there.
- Exit the button settings, then SAVE and preview your page to test your new settings.
Now, when your customers click the button on your website, it will take them to your Calendly scheduler page so they can schedule an appointment.

How To Embed Calendly Into ClickFunnels
Let’s say you want to embed the Calendly scheduler so your customers can schedule an appointment right on your website…
This way, they don’t leave your funnel and can continue to other steps of your funnel.
This could improve conversions and, in turn, make you more money.
Here’s how to do it:
The first thing we’ll do is get your Calendly embed code.
How To Get Your Calendly Embed Code
- Log into your Calendly account and navigate to the appointment calendar page you want to embed on your ClickFunnels page.
- Then, click on the gear icon, and click Add to Website.
- Now, select Inline Embed, and click CONTINUE.
- Here, you can play around with the Page Settings and customize your Calendly form.
- After that, click on Copy Code.
Now, you have your Calendly embed code. So easy, right?
Let’s embed it into your ClickFunnels page:
How To Embed Calendly Into ClickFunnels
- Log into your ClickFunnels account, and go to the funnel you want to embed your Calendly scheduler page.
- Click on EDIT PAGE to enter the page editor.
- From inside your page editor, navigate to Elements and click on ADD ELEMENT.
- Search for CUSTOM JS/HTML. Then, drag it to where you want to embed your Calendly scheduler.
- Then, click on the CUSTOM JS/HTML element you just added, or click on the gear icon to open the CUSTOM JS/HTML settings.
- Click on “Open Code Editor,” and paste your Calendly Embed Code into the popup box.
- Now, leave the code editor, save and preview your page.
You should see your Calendly scheduler showing inside your funnel. It’s that simple.

ClickFunnels cannot directly integrate with Calendly. However, you can embed your Calendly code into ClickFunnels. This way, your customer remains on your page and may go to other pages in your funnel even after scheduling an appointment.
